Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
This page explains what this website collects and why. The short version: we use no cookies for tracking, no third party analytics, and we never sell anything to anyone.
Analytics
We count page views so we know which pages are worth improving. This is done without cookies and without tracking you across sites. We do not store your IP address. Instead, your IP address and browser user agent are combined with a secret value and turned into an irreversible hash, which is used only to avoid counting the same visit twice on the same day. The hash cannot be turned back into your IP address, and we cannot use it to identify you.
Forms
If you send a bug report, a sponsorship application, a custom plugin request or a support ticket, we store what you typed, plus the same irreversible hash described above, so that we can act on it and prevent spam. That content is forwarded into our Discord server so the team can respond.
Discord login
Bug reports and support tickets require you to sign in with Discord. When you do, we ask Discord only for your basic profile (identify) and the list of servers you are in (guilds), so we can check that you are a member of our server.
We store your Discord user ID and display name alongside your submission, so we know who reported what and can follow up. We do not receive or store your Discord password or email, we cannot read your messages, and we never post as you. Your session is kept in a signed, HttpOnly cookie that only confirms who you are and whether you are a member. You can end it at any time by clearing your cookies for this site.
Cookies
We set no advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookies this site sets are:
- A short-lived cookie during the Discord login, to protect the login against cross-site request forgery.
- A session cookie after you log in, which expires after 7 days.
Your browser may also store small preferences locally, such as whether you dismissed the announcement bar. That stays in your browser and never reaches us.
Where the data lives
The website is hosted on Vercel and the database is hosted on Neon. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Submissions are forwarded into Discord, which processes them under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Submissions and the Discord messages created from them are kept for as long as they are useful for support and record keeping. Anti-spam and rate-limit records are deleted automatically once they expire.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Because we do not store raw IP addresses, requests about analytics data cannot usually be linked to a person. Contact us in our Discord server.
Plugins
Our plugins run on your server. Any data they process, such as player movement or violation records, stays on your server and under your control. We do not receive it. If a plugin sends alerts to a Discord webhook, that is a webhook you configured, going to a server you control.
This policy describes how the site is actually built. If you later add third party analytics, embeds or a mailing list, this page needs updating to match.
